Acceptance of terms

Wholesale accounts
Products are offered for business and institutional purchase. We may request business verification before opening an account and may decline or close an account at our discretion.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the volume and categories you request and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Pricing and availability may change until an order is confirmed.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted once we confirm it in writing. Payment terms, minimums, and any deposits are stated on your quote or invoice.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping estimates are made in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returns and claims
Shortages, damage, or discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with supporting documentation. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
